LEAD GUTTER INSTALLER

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Gutter Installer who can independently manage gutter installation projects, operate seamless gutter equipment, and deliver high-quality results.

Gutter installation will be your primary responsibility, with approximately 20–25 hours of gutter installation work anticipated weekly, depending on demand.

This is not exclusively a gutter installation position.

Because Gutter Gator offers a variety of exterior maintenance services, team members will also assist with siding repairs, sheet metal work, painting, pressure washing, carpentry, and other company projects.

We provide cross-training in these additional services. You do not need experience in every trade, but you must be willing to learn and assist wherever needed.

Our goal is to provide approximately 25–40 working hours per week through a combination of gutter installation and other company services. Hours will vary based on workload, scheduling, and weather conditions.
