Christmas Seasonal Staff – Sales, Ushers & Guest Services

The Carolina Opry Theater is hiring seasonal team members for our busy Christmas season. We are looking for friendly, dependable people to help create a great experience for the thousands of guests who visit us during November and December.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions, including Call Center Sales, Ushers, Food Sales, Gift Shop Sales and Photo Sales. Applicants may be considered for more than one position based on experience, interest and availability.

Available Positions

Call Center Sales Agents
Assist customers by phone with ticket purchases, seating questions, show information and general inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, attention to detail and a friendly, helpful approach to sales and customer service.

Ushers
Welcome guests, scan or check tickets, assist with seating and directions, answer questions and help maintain a smooth and enjoyable theater experience before, during and after performances. Ushers should be comfortable standing for extended periods and interacting with large numbers of guests.

Food Sales
Assist guests with food and beverage purchases before performances and during intermission. Responsibilities may include operating a point-of-sale system, handling payments, restocking items and keeping service areas clean and organized. This is a fast-paced customer service role.

Gift Shop Sales
Help guests select and purchase merchandise, operate the point-of-sale system, restock and organize products, and maintain an attractive and welcoming retail area. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are important.

Photo Sales
Assist guests with viewing and purchasing souvenir photos. Responsibilities may include greeting guests, helping with photo selections, operating sales equipment or point-of-sale systems and providing friendly customer service before and after performances.

• Available for evening and weekend shifts

• Available during the busy November and December Christmas season

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, food service or call center work is helpful, but not required for all positions.

Schedule

Seasonal positions are primarily available during November and December. Evening and weekend availability is especially important, and schedules may vary depending on performance dates and business needs.
