Qualifications:

 

- 3+ years of management experience

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

- Flexibility in your schedule

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

 

Your Role as a General Manager/Automotive:

 

In this role, you will take on numerous responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations. You will be accountable for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of your store. You'll recruit and train a team of 8-12 employees while driving profitability by maximizing sales and achieving your own sales goals.
