Customer Service/ Counter/ Prep

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated sales associate to join our team. One with high customer service skills and knowledgeable about various meat cuts and their preparations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong people skills. Along with a thorough understanding of food safety practices. As our leading case salesman, you will play a crucial role in answering all questions regarding food production, and guiding guest towards the best cut of meat for their application. Ensuring high-quality products for our customers while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen. In addition to supporting our prep staff with various recipes, packaging items for retail. Maintaining first in first out method, as well as keeping all items stocked.

Duties Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations on meat products and cooking methods.

• Perform preparation tasks according to established standards and recipes.
• Ensure all meats are properly stored, labeled, and rotated to maintain freshness.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices throughout all processes.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of meat products.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about meat cuts and preparation methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to meet health regulations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely production of high-quality meats
• Assist in Daily Preperation of marinated meats. As well as any items that may have low stock.
