Sales and Marketing Event Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and creative Marketing and Sales Coordinator and/or paid Intern to support our Sales Director while serving as the in-park face of our events, group outings, and birthday parties. This role offers hands-on experience in sales support, event coordination, team leadership, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, highly organized, structured, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Sales Director to support group sales, events, camps, and birthday parties
• Serve as the in-park point of contact for groups and events, welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in process
• Lead and coordinate a team of 2–3 party hosts, providing direction and on-site support
• Collaboration and assists in daily content for all social media platforms and including website content related to events, promotions, and park offerings
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may expand based on business needs and intern interests

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with guests of all ages
• Leadership ability and experience supervising or guiding small teams preferred
• Social media savvy with an understanding of current trends and content creation
• Organized, dependable, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working outdoors and on weekends or holidays as needed
• Ability work on your feet in a fast – paced environment and perform effectively under pressure
