Fulltime Photographer

Job Summary
Casago Myrtle Beach is looking for a part-time Photographer to help with a growing vacation rental company. This position would spend 95% of their time documenting the day-to-day operations of the business through videography and photography. We are looking for someone to commit to full-time hours, the days and hours would be somewhat flexible (to be discussed).

This candidate would be required to travel to various resorts in the Myrtle Beach, SC area and take professional marketing photos that will be used on sites like Airbnb. Short marketing videos of these properties will be captured and edited for social media and marketing purposes.

Other photography, including lifestyle and day-to-day business operations, will be required and will be discussed. Travel to other out-of-state Casago locations may be required occasionally. This will be discussed further during the interview process. Travel expenses would be covered.

Summary

As a Photographer Marketing professional, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence and engages our audience. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will utilize your core skills in photography, photo editing, and manipulation to produce high-quality images and videos.

Qualifications

• Proficient in photography and photo editing techniques
• Skilled in photo manipulation and color management
• Familiarity with filming and videography practices
• Experience in social media management is a plus
• Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience in video production and videography is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Some video footage for reels and social media may be needed.
• We are looking for someone who has real estate and vacation rentals photography experience. Must be able to provide links or photos to your work. 
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
