Night Auditor

We are a local Property Management company. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 3rd shift Reservations Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that each guest's experience is seamless from the moment they inquire about reservations. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a vital role in managing bookings, addressing guest inquiries, and enhancing overall guest relations. Communicating overnight events to morning staff is essential for a smooth transition.

Duties

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and services available at the resort.
• Assist guests with modifications or cancellations of existing reservations while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all reservations and ensure that all information is updated in the system.
• Address any guest concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests during their interactions.
• Run morning reports before the next shift comes in for the day.
• Handle any complaints or emergencies that may come about throughout the night.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in hotel, resort environments, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices is essential for success in this role.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required to foster positive guest relations.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. We also conduct random drug screening throughout employment.
• Able to work for complete overnight shifts independently
• Ability to perform computer-based tasks
• Full Time: would require 2 overnight shifts, 11:00 pm-7:00 am, and 3 evening shifts. Typically, 3:00 pm-11:00 pm.
