Residential Construction Worker

Job Purpose:  Someone who can assist with residential construction and have the opportunity to learn construction skills on-site.  Able to work a 40+ week in all types weather all year round.  Family owned business with 30+ years experience in the trade.

Duties:  Follow instructions to ensure everyone's safety.  Able to climb a ladder and work at various heights.  Set up and take down duties on a daily basis at work area.  Lift, load, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.  Clean up job site at the end of the day and ensure all equipment is properly stored.

Skills:  Ability to work within a team and meet deadlines.  Can communicate well and good understanding of instructions.  Be physically fit and able to lift and handle heavy objects.  Need to be responsible and show up on time each day.  Must have reliable transportation.

Typical Start Time:  7:30 AM        Typical End Time:  4:30 PM
