Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Eco-Clean Systems Myrtle Beach team. In this role, you will play a key role in growing our business by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services. Your objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering the best possible service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, outdoor sales, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored cleaning solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Product and Service Promotion:
- Present and promote Eco-Clean Systems' cleaning services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts aligned with client needs and company standards.
Sales Performance:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Job Requirements:
- Must be available to work mornings, evenings, full-time, including holidays.
- Travel to client locations within the Myrtle Beach area may be required.
- Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
