Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a key role in maintaining a positive and efficient office environment. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily office operations. While no prior front desk experience is required, own transportation is a must to ensure reliable attendance and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, direct, and screen phone calls as needed.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing inquiries.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Assist with inventory of office supplies and ensure stock levels are up to date.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Own transportation is a must to ensure punctuality and reliability.
  • Computer knowledge is mandatory (proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and general office software).
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • No prior front desk experience necessary, though it is appreciated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and provide information efficiently.
