Role Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Inspector with strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration with inspector teams, Quality and Manufacturing Engineers, production personnel, and customers. This role involves inspecting multiple assemblies across various programs and may require overtime.

This role involves inspecting multiple assemblies across various programs and may require overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections on multiple assemblies, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Use inspection tools such as scales, tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and military specifications.
- Ensure product quality meets IPC/WHMA-A-620C workmanship standards and ANSI-J-STD-001 soldering criteria.
- Work under a microscope to inspect small components.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and other software programs.
- Follow instructions, work independently, and seek continuous improvement opportunities in inspection efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cable assembly.
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620C and ANSI-J-STD-001 standards.
- Knowledge of military specifications and customer requirements.
- At least 2 years of Quality Assurance experience and 1 year of manufacturing experience.
