Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and proactive Administrative Assistant / Front Desk professional to join our team at our coworking office space, which also serves as an entrepreneur support organization. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Assist with check-ins and provide information about our services and offerings
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facilities
  • Coordinate with various departments to address member needs and concerns
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, events, scheduling, and social media management
  • Use computer, Google Suite, and other SAAS applications effectively to fulfill job duties
  • Problem solve and take initiative to address any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

  • Experience using computers and proficiency learning new applications
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for business purposes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Work ethic, must display a positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
  • Critical Thinking, must possess the ability to identify areas for improvement and take initiative to address them
  • Time management must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules

Work Environment:

This is an on-site position in a coworking office space that also serves as an entrepreneur support organization. The work environment is dynamic, with members and guests coming in and out for workshops, education, and workspace.

Schedule:

Part-time position up to 20 hours a week within regular business hours Monday through Friday.
