SkyWheel Myrtle Beach is seeking a dependable, team-oriented individual with high energy and a passion for delivering excellent guest service. The Myrtle Beach SkyWheel is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and customer service through management of the SkyWheel Supervising Team. We are looking for a motivated individual with industry experience. This position reports to the General Manager.

Job Duties

Effectively manage and inspire the Supervising Team to achieve results by setting high standards for performance under the direction of the General Manager 

Assist Supervising Team in the creation, performance and documentation of staff training and orientation  

Ensure proper staffing, capacity, efficiencies, crowd control and guest service standards are met daily 

Manages inventory, tracking/analyzing weekly and monthly. 

Manages vendor purchases and material sourcing. 

Ensures crew members are compliant with inventory control procedures. 

Ensure compliance with all internal control and cash management policies, procedures and practices 

Manages schedule based on business demands. 

Manages timecard approvals for payroll. 

Ensure compliance with staff attendance and appearance policies  

Ensure staff is performing the highest level of customer service  

Conduct annual reviews with employees.  

Exemplify and maintain exemplary levels of guest service and handle customer complaints 

Handle customer-involved incidents and accidents  

Complete daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting 

Assist with planning and executing of employee incentive programs 

Maintain a positive relationship with venue partners and solicit and encourage retail/restaurant support as an effort to promote their business and add value to the overall venue.
